Calendar

All Group members are responsible for entries/meetings on their Calendar, and for briefly checking, updating and responding to your Calendar every day. Also, all Group members are responsible for updating the main "ALS ESG" Calendar in a timely manner and reporting time away from the Lab according to the following guidelines:

CALENDAR UPDATING PROCEDURE

Any Lab travel, vacation, sick, etc., time you plan on taking should be entered as soon as possible onto the "ESG" Calendar as "vacation," "travel" or "out" by sending a "New Event" to the ESG Calendar, like this:

1) Open Corporate Time Calendar.

2) Open a "New Event" via the top menu bar.

3) In the Name field, enter "ESG" so that "ALS ESG" appears in the attendance list.

4) Type in subject: your name or initials - "vacation" or "out" or [meeting]; e.g.: HAP-vacation, Howard Padmore-out, Padmore-SRI

5) Set the Date(s) (and "Repeating" if necessary) so that the entry will appear on each applicable day.

6) Click on "Schedule."
