1. Submit your report to Howard Padmore for approval.
2. Once approval is received, send an electronic copy of the report in MS Word and PDF formats via email to Jason Templer.

NOTES:

• You will receive an email assigning a report number.
  
• The report will be posted on the ALS Intranet.
