ALS Publication Procedures

ALS users and staff members are asked to report any publications (in journals, conference proceedings, books, nonrefereed publications, theses, and patents), including general ALS publications, based on work they performed, in whole or in part, at the ALS. Please use the online Publications Submission Form.

To avoid duplication of publications, we suggest you go to Search for Publications for your publications already in the database before submitting new data.

ALS Light Source (Internal) Notes Procedures

1. Submit your Light Source Note files in Word and PDF formats to Howard Padmore for approval.
2. Once approval is received from Howard Padmore, send the approved email and electronic copy of the report in Word and PDF formats to Deborah Smith and she will forward to alsreports@lbl.gov.

Note:

• You will receive an email assigning a report number.
• The report will be posted on the ALS Intranet.
